This a one of my early kits which I completed not long after I decided to get a little bit more serious about my modelling. Making models rather than just kit bashing.

It was also my first commission. The basic kit had been bought for a D-Day veteran as a present, but due to Parkinson’s disease he was unable to attempt it. As a result of this I was asked if I would complete it on his behalf.

I’d like to think I could do a much better job now, both in assembling the kit and photographing it.
